He witnessed the meticulous care given to each ingredient, from the finest Italian flour to the locally sourced tomatoes and the aged cheeses. He witnessed the magic that happens in the oven, where the perfect balance of heat and time transforms simple ingredients into a heavenly delight.

 

But Eliran didn't stop there. he embarked on a journey to create his own unique pizza experience. Drawing upon the flavors and techniques he learned, he began experimenting with locally inspired ingredients and his own creative twists.

Each dough is lovingly handcrafted, using a combination of imported Italian flour and locally milled grains, resulting in a light and airy crust with just the right amount of chewiness.
